Sunrise in the City
I like the way the light falls in this picture, and how the shadow of the walking man stretches far, far in front of him. This is actually the view from the bus stop I wait at most mornings. In the clear sky that prevailed most of last week, the rising sun makes beautiful colors.

The line of cars
The lone person standing by the street sighn, his shadow, long, the curve of the sky reflected in the puddle in the gutter at bottom right all fit to emphasize the sun rising in the city. Great spontaneous shot.
