This is Stella, formerly my cat, now my mom's. She's on a week-long visit to Austin, since my mom is travelling and she's recovering from intestinal surgery. Don't continue if you're squeamish about scars and wounds.

Please note that she is doing very well, despite the pitiful appearance of this picture. She really likes to sleep on her back -- always has.
