Liga Independiente

There's an interesting story behind this picture:

This is Parque Arredondo, apparently the home of an independent baseball league on the northwest side of San Antonio. What was I doing there? Well, I was geodashing, actually -- looking for a random spot with my GPSr that happened to be located about 70 meters from the park.

In the trailer behind the fence sat a guy in a trailer, watching television or something. I don't think he saw me, though I drove by a couple of times. I was afraid he'd chase us off or something, so I didn't stick around long -- just long enough to catch a few pictures.

Somewhere back behind there is the baseball field.
