a welcome break
Working long hours makes it hard to find anything to write about, other than about working long hours, and I'd hate to subject you to that. I feel a bit like I've been living in the twilight zone lately, and I'm only just peeking out of the fog. It's strangeness.
It was gorgeous -- truly gorgeous. I've only been out there once, three or four years ago, with some friends of mine. I remembered the waterfalls and the cave-like ony and very warm -- so Claudia and I headed out to Hamilton Pool for a hike and photography fieldtrip.

I remembered the waterfalls and the cave-like od5{ut I'd never walked down the trail to the Pedernales River. Claudia loved it. It's so much fun being able to show someone the most beautiful parts of my city.

I've only been to Hamilton Pool once, years ago. I went swimming there with some friends, and enjoyed it very much. The waterfall wasn't as spectacular as the view from your photo, though.
